About This Event

The upcoming Saturday Social will focus on creating a space for women to share coping strategies in today's self-employed world. We are thrilled to partner with Laura from Studio Design and Jenny from Well Therapy for this special event.

Here's a sneak peek at what Laura and Jenny will be bringing to the gathering:

Art therapy offers a multitude of benefits, including aiding in problem-solving, enhancing relationships, discovering deeper life meanings, fostering a sense of accomplishment, and gaining a better understanding of personal challenges. Similar to art, these advantages can have a lasting impact and are something Laura is eager to introduce to the women of the Saturday Social. Laura aims to show the positive effects on mental health and provide tools to manage triggers in our daily lives.

Join us as we dive into the unpredictable journey of managing mental health while running a business with Jenny's  discussion on cultivating "Empowered Balance." Together, we will delve into effective techniques to conquer typical hurdles such as self-doubt, maintaining a healthy work-life balance, combating feelings of isolation, and breaking free from the cycle of people-pleasing. Let's unite with other strong women in our community as we navigate through the turbulent waters of entrepreneurship.

No artistic skills are required to participate in this transformative event designed to help you tap into your inner artist and explore new possibilities.

Included in the ticket price:

Pizza, Prosecco or soft drink.

An art activity, a chat with a therapist and a private safe space to relax.
