BLOOM

Whether you're up for a promotion, wanting to overcome a fear, conquer public speaking, considering a life change or the like, this short-term programme can help clarify your goals, shift you mindset and get you on track for success.

Free Consultation

First, we will arrange a free consultation to discuss your current situation and goals. This can be over text, email, call or video call.

Three Audio Downloads

After each session, you will receive a tailored audio download to support you with your goals between sessions. This could be hypnotherapy, visualisation or guided meditations.

Best for a Single Goal

This is a short-term programme of 3 sessions spread over three to six weeks, usually.

Tools & Resources

You will be provided with digital mental health resources such as psychoeducation, cognitive exercises, behavioural trackers, inspiring activities and intriguing thought/journal prompts that are related to your goal.

Three Hours of Coaching

Three hours of coaching, usually split into three sessions. Sessions will be focused around you and your goal and can be held face-to-face (Nottinghamshire) or over Zoom.

Two-Hour Focus Session

To kick off your programme, we will have a two-hour-long deep dive into your where you have been, your current situation, and where you wish to be. This will help us to configure your plan of action together.

Weekly Check-Ins

Throughout the programme, I will check in with you over WhatsApp at the beginning of each week to make sure you're all set for the week and are on track with your mental health action plan.

Three Month Programme

This is a longer-term programme to offer more comprehensive support and guidance to help you achieve positive transformations is multiple areas of your life.

Weekly Journal

Each week you'll receive the FLOURISH journal by email - exclusive content such as mindfulness guides, journal prompts and cognitive training.

Eight Hours of Coaching

Eight hours of coaching, usually split into seven sessions tactfully structured to explore how you can get what you want out of life. Sessions can be held face-to-face (Nottinghamshire) or over Zoom.
